The pro -Russian authorities of Kherson, located south of Ukrainian territory, denounced the presumed execution of at least A hundred civilians by the Ukrainian armed forces in the capital of the region.

According to Oleksander Malkevich, adviser to the pro-Russian governor Volodimir Saldo, the Ukrainian army is also responsible for the disappearance of at least 200 arbitrarily detained.

Malkevich told the Tass news agency that the Kherson region is the scene of alleged recruitment of Ukrainian soldiers, security services and foreign mercenaries to train social cleaning groups.

According to the advisor, the main objective of these groups is to hold mass civilians and then try to exchange them for Ukrainian soldiers captured by the Russian forces during the war.
