Some 70 people were involved in the initial brawl on the outskirts of the Masanchi village, close to the Kazakh-Kyrgyz border, he told a briefing, after which 300 more people arrived from the nearby villages.

A man was shot and killed at about 3:30 a.m. Sunday at a suburban West Palm Beach bar, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. The man, whose identity hadn’t yet been released, was shot amid a dispute with another man at the Blue Boar bar in the 1300 block of North Military Trail, said a news release issued by the sheriff’s office on Sunday morning.
