The London mayor also called for Trump to cancel his trip.

  Teen charged in school shooting moved to mental hospital A teen charged as an adult in an Ohio school shooting that wounded two students has been moved from a detention center to a mental health hospital.Court records show 17-year-old Ely Serna was moved this month because authorities said he posed a "substantial risk of physical harm to himself or others." Serna has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity to an attempted murder charge and other offenses in the January shooting at West Liberty-Salem High School.

LONDON : British police have charged a teenager with a spate of London acid attacks , as authorities considered whether tougher sentences would curb a spike in assaults with corrosive liquids.

The Metropolitan Police force says a 16-year-old boy faces 15 charges, including grievous bodily harm. The boy, who can't be named because of his age, was arrested after five moped riders were attacked during a 90-minute period last week.

Police say the number of reported attacks with corrosive liquids in London rose from 261 in 2015 to 454 in 2016.

The government says it is considering increasing sentences for acid attacks to a maximum of life. Home Secretary Amber Rudd wrote in the Sunday Times newspaper that those who use noxious liquids as a weapon should "feel the full force of the law."

The shooting was reported around 5:30 p.m. Monday on Vesta Road in Dorchester.An 18-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene. A 21-year-old man was taken to the hospital with life-threatening-injuries.Officers are now seeking witnesses and surveillance video to assist in the ongoing investigation.“This just showcases that we all have to work together as a community to stop this senseless violence. There are too many guns on the street,” Boston Police Chief William Gross said.
