On the initiative of the British government more than two thousand Ukrainians participated in military training. Objective: to train new recruits in handling weapons and techniques adapted to war in Ukraine.

The committed are between 18 and 55 years old and among them are a significant number of women. If they had no connection with the army before the war, they all say they are ready to fight for Ukraine. The United Kingdom hopes to train 10,000 soldiers in 3 months.
